Rev. Andrea Andress, serves as a deacon of the United Methodist Church at Paradise Valley United Methodist Church and is a spiritual director certified by the Shalem Institute. A certified Enneagram teacher and member of the Association of Enneagram Teachers in the Narrative Tradition, Andrea is a Founding member of the AEA.

Rev. Erlina Edwards, a licensed ordained Interfaith Minister, is formerly a Human Resource leader for Intuit Inc.  Prior to her time at Intuit, she was the Director of Human Resources for PeopleSoft. She has been in the field of Human Resources for over thirty years and for the last ten years she has used the principles of her spiritual life to guide all her business decisions; this has earned her recognition for advancing the importance of Spirit in Business. Erlina holds a degree in Interfaith Studies from the All Faiths International Seminary and is an avid student, constantly pursuing the wisdom of the ages.  Erlina is a certified teacher from the Trifold School, 2003.

Gerry Fathauer is a certified Enneagram teacher who utilizes the Enneagram in the workplace, applying her leadership skills honed in managing complex cultural organizations. She is also a certified Guided Self Healing practitioner and lives in the Phoenix Metro area. Gerry is Vice President of the Association of Enneagram Teachers in the Narrative Tradition and a Founding member of the AEA.

Laurie Helgeson, M.C., C.H.t. is a Consciousness Coach in private practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her training has been traditional, spiritual and multidimensional.
